Report a Concern or Incident

Use this form to report sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, or to raise a general grievance or concern about Austin Christian University. You may give your name or submit the report anonymously. Every report goes to the responsible office for review.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, do not use this form. Call 911 or contact local emergency services right away.

ACU handles reports of sex discrimination and sexual harassment under the Sex Discrimination and Sexual Harassment (SDSH) Policy. ACU employees are Designated Reporters under that policy: an anonymous submission does not satisfy their duty to report what they know to the SDSH Coordinator.
