Before you apply

Austin Christian University is designed for students ages 18–24 who are eager to grow academically, personally, and in their faith. Ideal applicants have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, along with a CLT score of 72+, SAT score of 1100+, or ACT score of 22+. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens.

After submitting your written application, our Admissions Team will review your submission and notify you within 2–4 weeks if you have been selected to advance to the one-way interview. Our admissions process considers both academic achievement and personal character. Following the interview, applicants can expect to receive an admissions decision within four weeks.

Applicant status is a pre-membership status granted to those institutions that meet the ABHE Conditions of Eligibility and that possess such qualities as may provide a basis for achieving candidate status within five years.
